For the past five years, Johanna has worked as a consultant and project manager for Health at Work www.healthatwork.net.au, one of Australia’s leading corporate health companies. Health at Work services a range of leading corporates including SANTOS, ANZ, IBM, NAB and TRANSURBAN/CITILINK, providing programs to help reduce stress, absenteeism, litigation risk and to improve the overall health and wellbeing of their staff.

In addition to managing health and wellbeing programs, Johanna indulges her passion for education by delivering engaging and interactive seminars and workshops to corporate clients on topics ranging from nutrition, healthy eating and cooking demonstrations to sleep, stress, family health, men’s and women’s specific health issues, fitness and general wellbeing.

Johanna works closely with each client to construct a detailed understanding of their business and objectives in order to develop a client-specific health and wellbeing plan. Initiatives range from one-off health seminars and workshops to full 12-month programs and Johanna is also available for regular or reduced-length, on-site one-on-one naturopathic or nutrition consultations.

SPORTS AND FITNESS

Being fit doesn’t necessarily mean you that you are ‘healthy’.

25 hours per week on the track won’t guarantee performance.

As an avid and accomplished sportswoman, a high level of personal fitness and an involvement in competition and team sports constitutes a large part of Johanna’s personal wellness.

As such, Johanna understands the difficulty of balancing training with competition, work, relaxation, and ultimately, with diet and nutrition choices. Johanna utilises both proven and safe herbal and nutritional medicine as well as diet modifications for those seeking an extra edge.
