Green Goddess Smoothie
This beginner-friendly green smoothie recipe is full of iron, potassium and vitamins galore AND tastes like a tropical treat from all the island fruit.
INSTRUCTIONS
- Add all ingredients in to your blender, blend for 1-2 minutes until smooth 
- Pour into a glass and serve immediately. 
- You can also store the smoothie in the fridge for the next 24hrs with a lid on until ready to drink. - *frozen pineapple and mango is great! 
INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup spinach (fresh) 
- 1 - 2 cups water or coconut water 
- 1/2 cup pineapple* 
- 1/2 cup mango* 
- 1 banana (peeled) 
- 1 teaspoon chia seeds 
- Small handful of fresh mint leaves (optional) 
- 1/2 lemon or lime skin on (optional)
