Power smoothie
This antioxidant and protein loaded smoothie will not only give your body a boost but it will also help aid your digestive system, reduce excess inflammation and help you recover post a big workout.
Ingredients:
- 1 scoop protein powder 
- 1/4 cup frozen berries 
- 1/2 frozen banana 
- 1-2 cups coconut water or water 
- 1 tsp hemp seeds 
- 1 tsp chia seeds 
- 1 tsp flaxseed meal 
- 2cm fresh ginger 
- 2cm fresh turmeric 
Additional information
- Add 1 dessertspoon of raw cacao for a chocolate boost! 
- Add greens if you wish! 
- Replace banana with avocado if you don’t like banana but want your smoothie nice and silky 
Instructions:
- Add all ingredients in to your blender and whizz for 1-2 minutes until smooth 
- Enjoy immediately or keep with lid in the fridge for 24 hrs
