My packages mean I personally interact with my clients multiple times a month through face to face consultations, shorter phone / video consults and via direct text messages and emails. The allows me to connect, motivate and deliver advice and recommendations in real time. This consistent and unlimited support and communication I believe is key for positive change.

Most health clinics leave their clients feeling motivated post consultation, unfortunately for most though this motivation quickly wears off. The time between consults is too long. If people want to take their health to the next level they need true connection, they need guidance and inspiration from their practitioner lasting longer than just a 15-30 minute consult once every 4-6 weeks.

About Jo

I have Bachelor of Health Science (Naturopathy and Nutrition) and have practiced and supported my clients to reach their health goals since 2006. I believe I am an honest and authentic example of the phrase ‘practice what you preach’. I live a life in which I encourage to see in others. 

I live on the Surf Coast of Victoria with my amazing family and love being a mum and mentor to my young children; Matilda and my twins Florence and Charles. I am a competitive age group triathlete and this year I qualified for the 70.3 Ironman World Championships at Taupo, NZ, a bucket list goal I am very excited to tick off. All things movement makes me tick but also I understand the necessity of balance and incorporate most days my meditation practice…the family knows when it doesn’t that is for sure! 

I founded Franjo’s Kitchen back in 2012. To be able to have played a part in the journey of many mothers around the world with our sensational brand of functional food for pregnant and breastfeeding mothers makes me very proud.

I know what it is like to lead a full life but also understand what is needed to be present within it and not let the ‘busy-ness’ of life take over. I work hard on this and am getting better every day at  listening to my mind and body. I fuel it in a way that I can honestly say I give myself the best chance at being the most strongest and best versions of myself. This is not only for me and my long term health but also for my loved ones around me. 

I help people on their health journeys and my goal is to assist them in creating the very best versions of themselves. 

 

CORPORATE

I have been involved with the corporate health space for over 14 years with experience developing, programming and delivering corporate health solutions and yearly plans to many large corporations over Australia including ANZ bank, TCV,  Santos and ACCC.  Meta Scan health testing, cooking demonstrations, specific health presentations & insightful seminars (i.e. what is healthy eating?, women’s health), mindfulness workshops and onsite yoga classes are just some of the many sessions I deliver.

YOGA

Since my late teens Yoga has always played a large role in my life. It creates balance but also enhances my performance on and off the triathlon course. I hold a 200hr yoga teaching certificate and I love teaching an athletic flow; strong, flowing classes with purpose integrating both strength and ease. Yoga has so much to offer and I feel truly honoured to be able to share this with others.
