Daily 3 cookies

Ingredients:

1 cup whole oats
1 cup shredded coconut
1 cup wholemeal spelt flour
1/2 cup mix of chia seeds, whole flaxseeds and hemp seeds
1/2 cup coconut sugar
1/4 cup nutellex
1/4 cup maple syrup
2-3 tbs hot water
1/4 tsp bicarb soda


Method:

  1. Preheat oven to 180C

  2. Mix together all dry ingredients in a small bowl

  3. In a small saucepan and over a low heat combine nutellex, maple syrup

  4. In a cup combine the water and bicarb and then add it to the nutellex and maple syrup combo

  5. Add the dry mix in to the wet and gently combine

  6. Spoon on to a try, flatten out a little and bake for 15min or until golden

  7. Cool on a wire rack and enjoy!

Enjoy with a cuppa!
