Green Goddess Smoothie
This beginner-friendly green smoothie recipe is full of iron, potassium and vitamins galore AND tastes like a tropical treat from all the island fruit.
INSTRUCTIONS
Add all ingredients in to your blender, blend for 1-2 minutes until smooth
Pour into a glass and serve immediately.
You can also store the smoothie in the fridge for the next 24hrs with a lid on until ready to drink.
*frozen pineapple and mango is great!
INGREDIENTS
1 cup spinach (fresh)
1 - 2 cups water or coconut water
1/2 cup pineapple*
1/2 cup mango*
1 banana (peeled)
1 teaspoon chia seeds
Small handful of fresh mint leaves (optional)
1/2 lemon or lime skin on (optional)
