Power smoothie
This antioxidant and protein loaded smoothie will not only give your body a boost but it will also help aid your digestive system, reduce excess inflammation and help you recover post a big workout.
Ingredients:
1 scoop protein powder
1/4 cup frozen berries
1/2 frozen banana
1-2 cups coconut water or water
1 tsp hemp seeds
1 tsp chia seeds
1 tsp flaxseed meal
2cm fresh ginger
2cm fresh turmeric
Additional information
Add 1 dessertspoon of raw cacao for a chocolate boost!
Add greens if you wish!
Replace banana with avocado if you don’t like banana but want your smoothie nice and silky
Instructions:
Add all ingredients in to your blender and whizz for 1-2 minutes until smooth
Enjoy immediately or keep with lid in the fridge for 24 hrs
